Cliffs of Moher Elopement | Ireland Destination Wedding Photographer

This summer my dream came true as I photographed a mesmerizing Cliffs of Moher elopement in the beautiful country of Ireland. Eloping atop the cliffs with the crashing waves below is as dangerous as it is beautiful! Even though the majority of Ireland is a majestic fantasy landscape, the Cliffs of Moher is the number one place to see for everyone who travels to Ireland. And if you’re getting married, a Cliffs of Moher elopement is an incredible choice! It is by far the most amazing site I saw in the two weeks I traveled Ireland. Supposedly, it takes only about four hours to hike the length of the Cliffs! Doesn’t that sound like a dream hiking elopement?

Savannah and Wayland are a couple that exudes romance. Savannah wore two beautiful gowns. The first one is definitely perfect for that fairytale vibe we all love, and the second one is reminiscent of Game of Thrones. Maybe it’s the cape? I love capes, and it billowed in the constant wind as the waves crashed into the coast below. Spontaneous gusts of wind surprised us, flinging Savannah’s hair, and tossing rocks from the mountainous cliffside above us. Luckily we all survived! Although we were worried about some other tourists who dared hang over the edge for their photos.
